Mother Gothel Marzen

Marzen (5.5%)

Clear amber color with a fluffy white foam; light toasty malt aromatics; bready malt flavor with a touch of caramel; malt is not cloying but balanced with a moderate hop note, leaving me wanting another sip just to experience this style that was the original Oktoberfest beer, before it was replaced by a lighter version.

Frog King Festbier

Oktoberfest (6.7%)

Brilliant gold color with a long-standing white foam head; sweet, fresh bread aromas; fresh noble hops coat the tongue, leaving a satisfying spicy note (moderate) and a warming glow from the alcohol; full body; regal and thirst quenching.

Holle's Little Pilsner

German Pilsner (5.4%)

Clear light gold color with a crown of white foam; noble hops give a spicy aroma; light body with a balance of ready malt and moderate hop bitterness that keeps you wanting another taste.

Kassel Kolsch

Kolsch (5.9% ABV)

A bright gold color with a fluffy white head; aromas of bread yeast and fresh hay; a light flavor of fruit with a touch of bitterness to keep the beer in balance. A terrific, light summer thirst-quencher.

Apricot Daydream

Apricot Wheat Ale (5.2% ABV)

Hazy gold with a solid white foam head; aromas of fresh apricots and peaches; flavors of lightly tart lemons and stone fruit are up front, followed by a very light bitterness that keeps the sweetness of the apricots under control.

Glover Perrin

NYS Pale Ale (5.8% ABV)

This American pale is brewed with NYS ingredients, including malts from NY Craft Malts in Batavia and hops from Chimney Bluffs Hoppery in Wolcott. Bold caramel in aroma, this beer sports a solid head on top of a deep copper clear beer. Rich citrus aromas. Grapefruit and orange flavors are supported by caramel and toffee malt flavors, creating a balance between the hops and malt.

Devils Treasure

Hefeweizen (5.3% ABV)

This German ale is straw in color with a light haze with a subtle aroma of spice and banana. A balance of yeast, banana and clove flavors that finish with residual spice notes. Low in bitterness, light and flavorful – perfect for a hot summer thirst.

New England IPA (6.4% ABV)

A light gold color with haze, this beer has a big fresh citrus aroma. Dominant tropical fruit flavors, mostly pineapple and mango, with a mild bitterness in the finish.

In the Red

Hoppy Red Ale (7.2% ABV)

A clear red ale, this beer greets you with floral and fruity hop aromas. The flavor is a balance of malt (toffee and dark fruit) and hops (bitterness and citrus). This beer will please both the IPA lover and the malt lover with big flavors and balance.

Three Way Switch

English Porter (4.6% ABV)

A dark brown beer with an off-white head, the roasty dark chocolate aroma suggests a light coffee component. The flavor is similar to coffee ice cream, with low hop bitterness and a roasted malt finish.

Iron Hearth

Rauchbier (5.5% ABV)

A clear copper color with ample white foam. The aroma hints of a distant campfire; flavor has a gentle wood smoke quality with just enough soft bitterness to dry out the beers finish.

7 Young Goats

Maibock (6.5% ABV)

Gold with white foam, the aroma suggests bread dough and yeast; the first sip is warming and relaxing as the alcohol moves from belly to nervous system. Malty sweet but not cloyingly so; perfect for a cool summer night.

American Can Factory

American IPA (7.5% ABV)

Hazy gold with a white head; the aroma of pineapple hard candy; moderate hop bitterness; resiny pine hop flavor with orange and grapefruit. An equal balance finish between hops and malt. A warming sensation finishes the sip.

Knick Knack Patersbier

Patersbier – Belgian Style Ale (6.0% ABV)

Fluffy white head on top of a hazy gold beer; aroma is fruit filled with notes of bread yeast, pear and banana; spicy flavor is clove-like with a touch of black pepper; bitterness is balanced with the crisp pilsner malt and pear esters.
