New England IPA (6.0% ABV)
A light gold color with haze, this beer has a big fresh citrus aroma; dominant tropical fruit flavors, mostly pineapple and mango, with a mild bitterness in the finish.
Maibock (7.1% ABV)
Gold with white foam, the aroma suggests bread dough and yeast; the first sip is warming and relaxing as the alcohol moves from belly to nervous system; malty sweet, perfect for a cool night.
English Porter (4.8% ABV)
A dark brown beer with an off-white head, the roasty dark chocolate aroma suggests a light coffee component; the flavor is similar to coffee ice cream, with low hop bitterness and a roasted malt finish.
Berliner Weisse (3.3%)
Hazy, straw-colored liquid with tight white thick foam; lemon/lime aroma; spritzy mouthfeel with a very light body; flavor is candy sour/tart with lemon and melon aftertaste; try this one “mit schuss” – with a dash of rasberry or woodruff syrup or just have it plain.
Munich Helles (5.9%)
A light straw colored beer with an ample white foam head; subtle flavors of straw and fresh bread, supported by a moderate bitterness.
German Pilsner (5.5%)
Clear light gold with a white crown of foam; noble hops give a spicy aroma; flavor is a balance of bready malt and moderate hop bitterness that keeps you wanting another taste.
English Golden Ale (4.8%)
Fine white foam atop a lightly hazy gold; aromas suggest bread yeast and lemons; sparkling carbonation with flavors of wheat, lemons and oranges, finishing with a note of hop bitterness.
Red Rye IPA (6.9%)
Hazy red color; grapefruit and tangerine aroma with dense off-white foam; toasty malt flavor is dominant with a light caramel sweetness; grapefruit hop flavor is long lasting with a moderate amount of bittering through the finish; made with NYS malt from Batavia and hops from Wolcott and Addison, NY.
A clear copper color with ample white foam; the aroma hints of a distant campfire; flavor has a gentle wood smoke quality with just enough soft bitterness to dry out the beers finish.
Dunkles Weissbier (5.6%)
Hazy dark copper color with fine bubbles in the foam; aroma of banana, clove and dark bread with a suggestion of dark chocolate; smooth wheat flavor with clove balanced with fresh dark bread; malty finish ends up with cocoa-like dryness.
Wee Heavy (Scotch Ale) (7.7%)
This scotch ale is a dark, rich copper color with a fine light tan foam; the aroma is all about the malt; notes of dark cherries and plums; sweet toffee flavor with dark fruit tones and a dry finish.
Vienna Lager (5.7%)
A clear, light copper color with a fine beige foam; aroma of toasted bread and caramel; lightly toasted malt flavor backed up by a gentle hop bitterness; the dry malt finish begs for another sip.
Clear, dark copper color with a dense white foam head; toffee malt aroma; malt flavor is forward with notes of toffee and toasted bread (dark); finish is dry with a gentle touch of hop bitterness.
Dunkles Bock (6.7%)
A fine tan head atop a dark copper; caramel and toasty aromas; up front malt flavors of dark fruit and toast with a light touch of tobacco; low bitterness.
Black with ruby highlights; dense beige foam; aroma of toasted dark bread with subtle coffee notes; rich dry malt flavor with a surprisingly light body; flavor is roasty and toasty.
