Located in the historic old American Can Factory, home of the beer can, is Faircraft Brauhaus. At Faircraft, we pride ourselves on brewing only the best craft beers. As a German influenced brewery, we specialize in lagers and ales but offer a wide variety of styles so that everyone is sure to find something they will love!

Dunkles Bock (6.7%)
A fine tan head atop a dark copper; caramel and toasty aromas; up front malt flavors of dark fruit and toast with a light touch of tobacco; low bitterness.
English Golden Ale (4.9%)
Fine white foam atop a lightly hazy gold; aromas suggest bread yeast and lemons; sparkling carbonation with flavors of wheat, lemons and oranges, finishing witha note of hop bitterness.
Schwarzbier (4.5%)
Black with ruby highlights; dense beige foam; aroma of toasted dark bread with subtle coffee notes; rich dry malt flavor with a surprisingly light body; flavor is roasty and toasty.
Red Rye IPA (6.9%)
Hazy red color; grapefruit and tangerine aroma with dense off-white foam; toasty malt flavor is dominant with a light caramel sweetness; grapefruit hop flavor is long lasting with a moderate amount of bittering through the finish; made with NYS malt from Batavia, and hops from Walcott and Addison, NY.
Altbier (4.8%)
Clear, dark copper color with a dense white foam head; toffee malt aroma; malt flavor is forward with notes of toffee and toasted bread (dark); finish is dry with a gentle touch of hop bitterness.
Munich Helles (5.9%)
A light straw colored beer with an ample white foam head; subtle flavors of straw and fresh bread, supported by a moderate bitterness.
Maerzen (5.5%)
Clear amber color with a fluffy white foam; light toasty malt aromatics; bready malt flavor with a touch of caramel; malt is not cloying but balanced with a moderate hop note, leaving me wanting another sip just to experience this style that was the original Oktoberfest beer, before it was replaced by a lighter version.
NYS Pale Ale (5.7% ABV)
This American pale is brewed with NYS ingredients, including malts from NY Craft Malts in Batavia and hops from Chimney Bluffs Hoppery in Wolcott. Bold caramel in aroma, this beer sports a solid head on top of a deep copper clear beer. Rich citrus aromas. Grapefruit and orange flavors are supported by caramel and toffee malt flavors, creating a balance between the hops and malt.
Hefeweizen (5.3% ABV)
This German ale is straw in color with a light haze with a subtle aroma of spice and banana. A balance of yeast, banana and clove flavors that finish with residual spice notes. Low in bitterness, light and flavorful – perfect for a hot summer thirst.
New England IPA (5.7% ABV)
A light gold color with haze, this beer has a big fresh citrus aroma. Dominant tropical fruit flavors, mostly pineapple and mango, with a mild bitterness in the finish.
English Porter (5.6% ABV)
A dark brown beer with an off-white head, the roasty dark chocolate aroma suggests a light coffee component. The flavor is similar to coffee ice cream, with low hop bitterness and a roasted malt finish.
Rauchbier (5.0% ABV)
A clear copper color with ample white foam. The aroma hints of a distant campfire; flavor has a gentle wood smoke quality with just enough soft bitterness to dry out the beers finish.

Quintessential Swabian comfort food. Homemade spätzle (egg noodles) are bathed with melted brie, gruyere, cheddar, and caramelized onions then baked in the oven. Topped with toasted sourdough bread crumbs.

A true old world Bavarian sausage. A finely ground mix of pork and veal flavored with parsley and mildly spiced. Served as a pair with sweet Bavarian mustard. This is a sausage which one should remove the casing from prior to eating (We can advise if needed)… $7
