Made with sweet cherries, cinnamon and vanilla bean; fine mousse like off white foam on top of a hazy copper liquid; aroma of fresh bread dough, toffee and cherries; first sip is a burst of sugary cinnamon, followed by spicy caramel cherries and finished by a warming sensation in the chest; finishes sweet and comforting.
