Quintessential Swabian comfort food. Homemade spatzle (egg noodles) are bathed with melted brie, gruyere, cheddar and caramelized onions then baked in the oven. Topped with toasted sourdough bread crumbs.

Finely ground pork, bacon and onions blended with pieces of ham and baked in a loaf. Served warm, sliced on a roll.

OBATZDA PLATE

A Bavarian cheese delicacy. Aged soft Camembert, cream cheese and butter blended with finely minced onions, roasted garlic, sweet paprika and our Schwarzbier. 2 scoops served with sliced traditional brown sourdough bread.

PAIR OF WEISSWURST

A true old world Bavarian sausage. A finely ground mix of pork and veal flavored with parsley and mildly spiced. Served as a pair with sweet Bavarian mustard. This is a sausage which one should remove the casing from prior to eating (we can advise if needed).

House made pretzel that is soft on the inside witha  wonderful brown crust. Served with beer mustard.
